Do you feel like just getting through the day is a lot of work? Does your life feel shallow and your relationships superficial? Do you want to engage in life, but don’t know how? Is there a lack of joy in your life? Is it all work and no play? Do you feel like you’re just going through the motions, or like you’re raw emotionally, all the time?

In this life, we are bombarded from birth with expectations and disappointments. We learn very early to protect ourselves from pain by erecting masks and presenting only the parts of ourselves to the world that we want it to see. In the midst of all this protective action, we begin to lose ourselves, and have a difficult time connecting with who we really are, and what we really want out of life.

At the end of it all, we often end up swept along by the demands of life, and the busy-ness, without having much opportunity for self introspection.

If you are interested in discovering a healthier way to live, and feel trapped in the past, and repeated patterns of behaviour, I’d be honoured to walk alongside as your confidant and guide as you come into life. If you are interested in moving past the trauma that has coloured your life, or the expectations that make it difficult to engage in healthy, meaningful relationships, this could be what you’re looking for.

By discovering the masks we have that have lived past their usefulness, and deconstructing them, we can live more authentic lives in the world, and be more congruent across the various areas of our lives – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

Coming into life is not something that happens quickly, or suddenly. It requires time and effort to look at the difficult things in life; to work toward a resolution that is helpful to you, and will support you in the future. You may need someone to assist in guiding and shaping a new perspective and new way to approach life that will challenge old belief systems, and move into more awareness and freedom. This process will provide you with the tools to continue on your own.

Coming Into Life means becoming who you were born to be, discovering who you truly are, and being able to enjoy life on a different level. It’s like fresh air after being shut up for a long time, emerging from a cocoon. It’s building safe places on a journey to authentic living.
